All our properties contain the following

  • energy performance certificates (renewed as appropriate)
  • full central heating
  • a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarms
  • fully furnished
  • each bedroom has a bed (usually a small double) with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk
  • kitchens contain a washing machine, dryer or washer/dryer, microwave, oven, hob or cooker, fridge, freezer or fridge/freezer
  • dining/sitting areas have seating to accommodate the number of persons in the house
  • each family bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and handbasin.
